Exchange Policy

No return. Only exchange within 7 days of delivery. Clear unboxing video is required. Only damaged, defective, wrong, or unfitted products can be exchanged.
At EVMaster, we carefully check every product before dispatch. Please read this policy before placing an order.
1. No Return Policy
•    We do not offer product returns.
•    Once an order is delivered, it cannot be returned for refund.
2. Exchange Window
•    Exchange is available only within 7 days of delivery.
•    Any exchange request raised after 7 days will not be accepted.
3. Eligible Products for Exchange
•    Exchange will be accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, not working properly, wrong, or unfitted/unsuitable due to size or fit issue.
4. Unboxing Video Required
•    To initiate an exchange, customers must provide a clear unboxing video.
•    The video must show the package being opened from sealed condition, product condition after opening, visible damage/defect/issue, and order label/details on the package.
•    Exchange requests without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
5. Exchange Conditions
•    The product must be unused and in original condition.
•    Original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and invoice must be available.
•    The product must not be damaged due to customer handling, misuse, incorrect installation, or wear and tear.
6. Non-Exchangeable Cases
•    Exchange will not be accepted if the product is used or damaged by the customer.
•    Exchange will not be accepted if original packaging or accessories are missing.
•    Exchange will not be accepted if the request is raised after 7 days.
•    Exchange will not be accepted if an unboxing video is not available.
•    Exchange will not be accepted if the issue is due to incorrect usage or installation.
7. How to Request an Exchange
•    Contact our support team with your Order ID, registered mobile number/email, clear issue details, unboxing video, and product images.
•    Our team will review the request and update you with the next steps.
8. Final Decision
•    All exchange approvals are subject to verification by the EVMaster team.
•    The final decision regarding exchange eligibility will be made by EVMaster.
